How to re-root a violet whose stem has become bare
0
Violes are most often grown at home , because they are able to bloom for a long time and delight with bright flowers. Over time, you can see that the stem has become bare, and the leaves on that part of it no longer grow. The aesthetics of the plant in this way is somewhat disturbed, so it is necessary to rejuvenate the plant.
How to do it
You can act with a radical method. Rejuvenation is carried out as follows. Cut the violet bush so that about 1.5-2 cm of stem remains on it.
The stem is mostly covered with bark, so it needs to be stripped to the green part. This is how we will plant.
Pour soil into the new pot. Pour it with water and insert the cleaned stem into the ground. Fix the soil with your fingers.
For violets, you need to make an improvised greenhouse. Cover with a bag and tie it. Place on a light windowsill. In this way, rooting will go much faster, and the beautiful violet will be rejuvenated.
