How to replace alcohol in recipes if you cook for children

In many recipes meat, fish and desserts often include alcoholic beverages in the list of ingredients.
Regardless of the degree of alcohol strength, sometimes you don't want to use it for cooking.
That's why clever housewives have long ago chosen for it an equivalent substitute that will not affect the final result in any way.
To exclude vodka from the recipe, add light grape juice instead. Another option is apple juice mixed with lime juice.
Light grape juice is again used to replace the rum.
As an alternative to cherry liqueur, try syrup left over from canned cherries.
Red wine is perfectly replaced by juice from dark grapes, mainly of the Concord variety, or red wine vinegar.
If the pages of the culinary collection mention Kalua liqueur, it is allowed instead use espresso with cream or coffee syrup.
