How to save a violet if its leaves are drying at the ends

The appearance of dry ends on the leaf plates of violets is not a new story at all. A common phenomenon that occurs due to errors in care, changes in growing conditions, diseases and pests. It is clear that finding the cause of the deterioration of the plant requires patience, time and knowledge.
What to do with the violet
First of all, the plant should be carefully examined. If there are distinct signs, they will be visible. Do not ignore the appearance of dried leaves so as not to lose violets. Among the common reasons, the following can be distinguished:
- violation of the watering regime;
- appearance of pests (worm, thrips, nematodes , aphid, spider mite);
- nutrient deficiency;
- air humidity violation (it has become too dry);

If the cause cannot be finally identified, you need to look at the root system: whether it is alive or not. It will be necessary to remove the plant from the pot, wash the roots and examine it.
If there are signs of sufficient normality, it should be disinfected with a weak solution of potassium permanganate. Dry, suspicious, rotten roots should be cut off. Also process the pot itself. It is recommended to shake the roots with activated carbon powder.
Now you need to replant the violet. There should be drainage holes in the pot. Put expanded clay on the bottom. Cover with new soil and plant the treated violet. To add strength and impetus to growth and development, add mineral or organic fertilizers.
