According to experts, saving on these products does not make sense, but giving up sausages, hot dogs, liver and other offal will be a very good decision. Fruits and vegetables are a must in your daily diet.
And you can get everything you need from simple seasonal products that are inexpensive and available in almost any store. Cabbage, carrots, onions, beets, and apples are enough. You should also include cereals in your daily diet – buckwheat, oatmeal, and rice. But dairy products are not mandatory.
