How to serve boiled beef so that everyone likes it
Boiled beef is appetizing, but dietary. It needs a complement in the form of a sauce. With it, it will become a complete meal. How to do it better, read further in the article.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- beef — 0.5 kg;
- water — 600 ml;
- onion — 1 pc.;
- celery root – 03 g;
- root parsley – 30 g;
- ground cloves – 0.5 tsp;
- horseradish (sauce) – 2 tbsp.;
- bay leaves – 1 pc.;

pepper, salt.

How to cook
Cut the onion and carrot, celery into slices, and cover the beef with water. Put it to boil until ready.
15 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt and spices, and after 2 minutes for aroma, of course, put bay leaves.
Cut the finished meat into portions pieces and put the sauce with horseradish. If you don't have a ready-made one, you can make it yourself. To do this, mix sour cream, a little grated horseradish, green onions, salt and lemon juice. You can also add Dijon mustard for taste. Cheese sauce, which we recently wrote about, will also taste good with beef.
