How to store eggs – blunt end up or down
0
Most often people lay eggs in the refrigerator compartment as it comes out. Housewives usually do not pay attention to how exactly the product is located in the tray. Few people are interested in where the blunt ends of chicken eggs “look” – up or down. But this point is fundamental. How long the product will remain fresh depends on it.
How to lay eggs
The egg product must be placed so that the blunt end is at the top, and the sharp end is at the bottom.
If this condition is met, the yellow part of the egg will maintain its central position without coming into contact with the “air bag”. The fact is that the latter will be located at the top.
As a result, dangerous microorganisms will not get into the protein and yolk, so the product will begin to spoil much later.
In a similar situation, the hostess may not worry about that the eggs will suddenly turn out to be rotten.
If the product was initially fresh, it will remain so for a long time if it is stored properly.
