The egg product must be arranged so that the blunt end is at the top, and the sharp end is at the bottom.

If this condition is met, the yolk of the egg will maintain its central position, without coming into contact with the “air sac”. The fact is that the latter will be located at the top.

As a result, dangerous microorganisms will not get into the protein and yolk, so the product will start to spoil much later.
