How to turn ordinary cheese and sausage sandwiches into a favorite breakfast dish

The first meal is often a headache for many housewives. This is especially true for large families, where in the morning you need to do a lot of important things and there is absolutely no time left to prepare breakfast. And you just want to lie under a warm and cozy blanket longer than stand by the stove. That is why all family members choke on dry sandwiches instead of a delicious breakfast. But even such a simple dish can be made tasty and appetizing.

Stock up on the necessary ingredients in advance – cut the loaf, sausage into circles and prepare thin slices of cheese.

Place the slices of loaf on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top. The dish will look even more like a mini-pizza if you add a little ketchup.

Place the sausage and cheese on each slice of loaf. Now you can send the sheet to the preheated oven.

Determine the degree of readiness yourself. If you like soft bread, take out the sandwiches as soon as the cheese melts. If, on the contrary, you like to crunch with croutons – wait until the loaf is browned.

Such sandwiches should be served hot. However, they are no less delicious in frozen form.
