The essence is to dig up the wheatgrass with a shovel in late autumn, turning it with its roots up (the roots should stick out from under the ground).

In winter, the roots and above-ground part rot, which benefits the fertility of the soil. In the spring, the earth is dug up again and plants are planted. The land turns out to be loose and fertile.

Terrace itself is used by summer residents as a fertilizer for vegetable and garden crops. Wheatgrass leaves, which are plucked before flowering, are suitable for this. They are thrown into a 20-liter container and filled with water.

After two weeks, the top dressing is ready for use. But before using, every 0.5 l of the product is diluted with a bucket of water.

Pyrium is also used to prepare complex humus with nettle, celandine and other herbs that grow abundantly in many areas and are considered weeds.
