Hypertension: a delicious fruit that significantly lowers blood pressure

Researchers hypothesized that the fruit's bioactive substances may lower blood pressure.
“Among men and women with moderately elevated blood pressure, consumption of three kiwifruit was associated with lower 24-hour systolic and diastolic blood pressure compared with one apple per day. The effect can be regulated by other mechanisms, in addition to improving the function of the endothelium”.
