Ingredients

You will need the following products for cooking:

  • salmon — 0.5 kg;
  • cream — 300 ml;
  • lemon — 1 pc.;
  • basil;
  • salt, pepper.

How to cook

Grate the fish with salt and pepper. Leave it for 30 minutes so that it is well salted. While the fish is marinating in spices, you can prepare the sauce.

Wash and chop the basil. Pour the cream into a saucepan and add the basil. Don't forget a little more salt and pepper. Cook the sauce over low heat until it thickens. Make sure the cream doesn't curdle.

Prepare a baking dish. Place a pillow of sliced ​​lemons on it. Place a sprig of basil and place the fish. Cover with foil.
