How to make cheesecake
Crush the cookies into crumbs. Pour in the melted butter and mix. Line a 24 cm diameter baking dish with parchment. Transfer the crumbs there. Tamp down. Let it bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the filling. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Beat with a mixer. Then add cream, vanilla, a pinch of salt. We continue to beat.
Next in the filling you need corn starch and eggs. But there is a nuance. They should be introduced into the filling one at a time, each time carefully beating the mass. So you need to introduce 3 whole eggs, and from the fourth only the yolk.
The form with the cake should be wrapped in foil. Pour the filling on the cake. Place on a tray and pour boiling water into it. Bake at 160 degrees for 1.5 hours. Remove the cheesecake when it cools down. Delicious!
