Details of the case
The incident happened at the end of April this year. The accused, who is a native of the city of Dzerzhinsk, Donetsk region, entered the “Produkty 24” store and caused a scandal there.
“For about 13 minutes, in the presence of other customers of the store, he loudly insulted the seller of this store with obscene language, shouting that he was going to run his genital organ over her lips, and also loudly cursed the customers of the store, thereby disrupting the operation of this store,” the court documents state. .
Deboshir was taken out of the store, but he continued to misbehave on the street: he threw a bottle at a parked car, which damaged it, addressed citizens with obscene language, threw an empty bottle at the door of the store, which resulted in breaking the glass pane.

In court, the violator fully admitted his guilt and asked not to punish him severely.
The court found the defendant guilty of hooliganism and sentenced him to one year of probation supervision.
Probation supervision is the main criminal punishment, which consists in limiting the rights and freedoms of the convicted person, defined by law and established by the court verdict, with the use of supervision and social-educational measures without isolation from society.
During the year, the convict must:
- periodically appear for registration with the authorized body on probation issues;
- notify the authorized body on probation issues about the change of his place of residence , work or study;
- not to leave the borders of Ukraine without the consent of the authorized body on probation issues.
Within 30 days from the moment the sentence is pronounced, it can be appealed by filing an appeal complaint.
