In the coming days, from July 11 to 13, Ukraine will be covered by a powerful magnetic storm. This is reported on the Meteoagent portal.

Today, July 11, the K-index (an indicator that characterizes geomagnetic activity and classifies geomagnetic storms) will reach its highest mark of 9 points. On Friday, July 12, its value will be halved — the geomagnetic activity indicator will be 4-4.5 points. And on Saturday, July 13, the K-index will be 5 points.

On these days, people may experience worsening of well-being – headache, dizziness, nausea, joint pain, fatigue and insomnia.

In order to protect yourself from the effects of magnetic storms, experts advise you to give up alcohol, walk in the fresh air more often, eat more fruits and vegetables, adjust your sleep pattern and use phones and computers less.
