The State Inspectorate of Energy Supervision revealed an unfair distribution of power outages in six regions.
According to the order of the State Energy Inspectorate, there are data that in all these regions, the hourly outage schedules (DPO) and the fair distribution of electricity, according to which the operators of the distribution system were checked, were violated.
In particular, the most violations were found in Dnipropetrovsk and Zhytomyr regions In the Zhytomyr region, even the employees of JSC “Zhytomyroblenergo” obstructed the work of inspectors of the State Energy Inspection, not allowing them to enter the control rooms.
According to the inspectors, a large number of consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk region belong to the category of critical infrastructure objects, which leads to a greater number of disconnections for other consumers and a violation of the fairness of the distribution of electric energy. introduction of shutdown schedules. In some settlements, blackouts began only after the inspector arrived at the dispatch center.
Starting from July 22, the State Energy Supervision Inspection will conduct inspections in Kyiv, Kyiv, Poltava, Lviv, Zakarpattia, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
