Incredibly delicious chickpeas with mushrooms for fasting

Ingredients:
400 g boiled chickpeas
100 g champignons
1 carrot
1 onion
1 tbsp. l. flour
1 tbsp. tomato paste
greens
Preparation:
Finely chop and fry the onion until golden brown. Grate the carrots and add them together with the chopped mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, add the flour and fry for another 2 minutes and pour in the water in portions.

Then add the diced tomato, pepper strips, chickpeas and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes. At the end, add the finely chopped greens. After that, the dish is ready, you can serve it to the table and enjoy. Delicious!
