Incredibly delicious nut-protein dessert with dates

Ingredients:
8 proteins
160 g of powdered sugar
200 g of walnuts< br> 300 g of dates
a pinch of salt
80 g of almond petals
15 g of butter for greasing
flour for crushing
For the cream:
200 g of cream 33%
70 g of powdered sugar
Preparation:
Beat egg whites with salt until foamy, then add powdered sugar in small portions. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Then add the chopped nuts and mix gently with a spatula. Divide the dates into 4 parts, remove the stone and put them in the egg whites and mix.
Put the egg white mass in a mold greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Flatten and sprinkle with almond petals.
Put in an oven heated to 170 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden or brown.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Whip the cooled cream and add powdered sugar a little at a time until the cream thickens.
Remove the dessert from the oven and leave it in the form for 30 minutes to cool. Only then can it be removed from the mold. After that, cut into portions and serve with butter cream. Delicious!
