Incredibly delicious pickled “bare” tomatoes

Very tasty and simple recipe. Try to pickle tomatoes without skins. Read in detail, cook and taste.

Ingredients:
1.5 kg of tomatoes
marinade:
1 liter of water
100 ml of vinegar
6 tbsp. l. sugar
2 tbsp. l. salt
1 sweet pepper
1 hot pepper
1 onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
parsley
2 bay leaves
black pepper

Preparation:

In a vessel, mix water, vinegar, salt and sugar, boil and let the marinade cool. Put the hard tomatoes in a bowl and pour boiling water over them for 5-7 minutes and remove the skin.

Place the tomatoes in layers in a deep bowl, sprinkling them with pepper, onion and garlic. Arrange the sprigs of parsley and add the pepper and bay leaf.

Pour the tomatoes with the marinade, put something heavy on top. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 days and you can taste it later. Delicious!
