2 pita breads
1 egg for greasing
300 g of chicken fillet
300 g of mushrooms
50 g of sour cream
100 g of onion
sesame for sprinkling
Wash the mushrooms, chicken fillet and cut them into cubes together with the onion. Fry the meat, mushrooms and onions. After that, add more sour cream and mix well. Your filling is ready.
Take pita bread and cut it into strips of 10 cm. Put the filling on the pita bread strip and fold it in the form of an envelope. You will get 12 pieces from two lavash. Place the envelopes on a baking sheet, brush them with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put in the oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Envelopes are delicious both hot and cold.
