Ingredients:
1 large persimmon (sharon)
mix of salad greens
1 onion
50-60 g pine nuts
70 g blue cheese to your taste
For the dressing:
juice of half an orange
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
1 teaspoon French mustard
1-2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon orange or honey mustard
salt pepper to taste

Preparation:
Cut the onion into half rings and pour boiling water over it for a few minutes. Then drain and rinse. Place the lettuce leaves on a plate, add the onion, sliced persimmons.
For the dressing, mix the orange juice, salt, pepper, oil and honey mustard. Dress the salad, mix thoroughly, sprinkle with nuts and add the sliced cheese. The salad is ready. Enjoy!
