Instead of sausage: turkey for sandwiches

Turkey thigh fillet in the oven
Ingredients:
- turkey (thigh fillet ) – approximately 600 g
- salt – 1 tbsp. l.
- water – approximately 1 l
- dried basil – 1 tsp. l.
- paprika – 1 hour. l.
- dry garlic – 1 tsp. l.
- ground black pepper – 1 tsp. l.
- cilantro – 1 tsp. l.
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.
How to cook:
First, prepare the marinade: stir 1 tbsp. of salt into 1 liter of water (room temperature):
Pour the thigh fillet with the marinade and let it stand for about 1 hour at room temperature.
Take out the turkey and dry it well with paper towels:
In a bowl, mix the spices: paprika, dried garlic, basil, ground black pepper and cilantro (if you like its aroma and taste), but you can do without it.
Add a spoonful of oil and mix until it forms a gruel. Coat the turkey with these spices on all sides:
Fry the turkey over high heat until a crust forms:
Place the turkey in a baking dish, cover with foil, and place in a preheated oven.
Cook at 250 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce to 180 and cook for another 20 minutes. The readiness of the meat is determined as follows: pierce a piece with a knife – the juice should be transparent. Do not overdry the turkey, it will not be as tasty! But the exact cooking time may vary, as everyone's ovens are different, and so are the pieces of meat.
