To change normal fritters to healthy fritters, you need to replace one calorific ingredient. Replace wheat flour with whole grain flour. As a result, you will have fritters that you can eat whenever you want. The following ingredients are required for their preparation:
- whole grain flour – 200 g;
- banana – 1 pc.;
- milk – 100 ml;
- egg – 1 pc.;
- soda – 0.5 tsp;
- salt – a pinch;
- cinnamon.
Mix all the dry ingredients, but leave the soda. It will need to be added to the dough later.
Now you need to beat together the egg, milk, and banana. Do this with a blender, and then add the dry ingredients. Finally, add baking soda extinguished with vinegar.
Heat the pan, grease it with oil and bake the fritters for 1-2 minutes. You can serve with any favorite addition. Delicious!
