It is called the “golden hour” for falling asleep

Falling asleep at the “golden hour” in the evening promotes good health and longevity.
British somnologist Guy Meadows reported that at the end of the day there is a period most favorable for going to sleep – the so-called “golden time”. It is about the period between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
If you make it a rule to go to bed and fall asleep at this time, you can ensure yourself a quality, healthy sleep, which will have a favorable effect on your health in general and increase the chances of becoming long-lived
“If we go to bed much later or earlier than usual, this disrupts our internal biological clock or daily (circadian) rhythm, leads to its desynchronization, which, in turn, contributes to sleep disturbances, fraught with wear and tear of arteries and risk heart attack,” the expert said.
The somnologist noted that the so-called “golden time” is optimal for falling asleep and maintaining the natural biorhythms of approximately 80% of people – their bodies are “programmed” by nature itself to invest sleep during this evening period and wake up eight hours later. He emphasized that observing the body's natural daily rhythms is one of the most important habits for maintaining health – in particular, the health of the cardiovascular system.
