It was made difficult for Ukrainians to cross the border with Poland, Romania and Hungary – the reason
0 < p>Through which checkpoints is the crossing carried out in slow mode.
Due to repair works that limit traffic, crossing the border with Poland, Romania and Hungary from Ukraine is complicated.
Where traffic has slowed down
The passage of people and vehicles through the Ustylug-Zosyn point is carried out in a slowed down mode due to the registration of citizens on portable computers, the DPSU reported.
It was also noted there that at several other points, such as “Chop-Zakhon ” and “Solotvyno-Sziget-Marmatsiei”, repair works are ongoing, due to which traffic has also been restricted.
The State Border Service of Ukraine urged citizens and carriers to choose other border crossing points to avoid delays. At the moment, the passage of persons and vehicles is carried out in a slow mode through the registration of persons on portable computers.
What about traffic at other checkpoints
Checkpoint ” Ustylug-Zosyn” on the Ukrainian-Polish border is not the first to face temporary restrictions.
Since September 3, traffic restrictions in the direction of Ukraine have already been imposed here due to repair work that will last until November 30. This made it difficult to cross the border, and now the situation is also complicated by technical problems with the database, the report says.
Repair works are carried out at other important checkpoints. For example, on September 19, road works began on the border with Hungary at the Chop-Zahon checkpoint. This partially limited the movement of cars and trucks, as only two of the five lanes were left for driving. The repair will last two weeks, and its completion is expected at the beginning of October. The repair is carried out within the framework of the border infrastructure modernization project with the support of USAID.
