In order for the generator not to get wet in the rain, you can make a special canopy. At the same time, several important rules must be followed.

This is reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

” The most important rule is to never bring the generator indoors : on the balcony, in the entrance, shop or cafe. After all, during work, toxic substances are released, from which you can get poisoned”, – the State Emergency Service said.

Rescuers note that the generator should remain outside, but you can take care of a special canopy that will protect precipitation device. But it is important to consider the following:

• Having hidden the generator under a cover, it must have access to clean, cool air.
• If you have hidden the generator in a special container, you must provide for an exhaust gas removal system .
• The generator should not overheat.
