Details

To prepare 2 large mackerel you will need:
Onions – 2 pcs.
Sour cream – 2 tbsp. l.
Mustard – 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp. l.

First you need to prepare a sauce in which to marinate the fish, and then bake it.

To prepare it, mix sour cream, soy sauce and mustard. There is no need to add salt, since mackerel is a sea fish and has a salty taste, and soy sauce gives a salty taste.

Cut the cleaned and washed mackerel into about 5 pieces and pour the sauce with onion, cut into rings. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Cover the dish with foil, put the onion, and on top of it the fish. Pour the remaining sauce. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
