Dietitian Lyudmila Babich told which foods will help satisfy hunger and will not be too “heavy” for a person before bed.

Dried fruits and nuts. According to the nutritionist, a late dinner should not be a full meal, you should only make sure that the obsessive feeling of hunger did not distract the body from preparing for sleep. A handful of dried fruits or nuts – no more than 50 grams – can help to kill such hunger. These products contain a large amount of vitamins and valuable trace elements, their moderate use before bedtime will not contribute to weight gain, you can not be afraid.

Fermented milk products. Low-fat kefir, cottage cheese, natural yogurt also satisfy hunger well. These products provide the body with protein and probiotics, which have a beneficial effect on the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.

Porridge. Occasionally, before bedtime, you can allow yourself to snack on a small portion of unsweetened porridge, for example, buckwheat or oatmeal – strictly without milk, the dietitian advised.
