- carrot in Korean.
How to prepare a snack
The stomachs should be cleaned and boiled. They should become soft. When they cool, cut into strips. Cut and fry the onion.
Mix the gizzards with onions and carrots. Salt and pepper, chopped garlic. Season everything with vinegar and soy sauce. The snack should be put in the refrigerator for 3 hours. For the maximum marinated taste, it is better for all 12 hours. Delicious!
