To prepare pepper in Korean, you will need:
- 1 kg of red pepper
- 2 carrots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar (9%)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- Chili pepper to taste
For for a richer taste, cut the pepper into thin strips and lightly fry it in oil or on the grill. This will help him absorb the spices better.
Grate the carrots on a grater for Korean carrots. Finely chop the garlic or pass it through a press. Mix all the ingredients: pepper, carrot, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and spices. Mix well and leave to infuse for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
