Lazy cheese dumplings in 20 minutes

It's difficult to prepare traditional vareniki in 20 minutes, but you don't need more time for lazy ones. Prepare and enjoy, because it's so simple and easy to make in a hurry.

For preparation, we take:
450 g of sour milk cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
150 g flour and 100 g for making dumplings
butter and jam for serving

Blend the soft cheese, eggs, sugar and salt well in a blender, add the flour and knead the dough with a spoon, it will be quite sticky, as it should be.

Sprinkle the surface with flour, lay out all the dough. Divide it into 4 parts, sprinkle each with flour and roll into a long sausage. Cut into small pieces up to 5 mm thick.

Boil the lazy dumplings in salted boiling water for two minutes from the moment the products float to the surface.

Grease the finished dumplings with butter and add jam or honey. Delicious!
