“Lazy” vereniki with cheese and pasta

Often housewives love dumplings with cheese, but don't want to knead the dough, mold it… This recipe is for them. In it, the dough will be replaced by pasta, but the cheese will be the same as in ordinary dumplings.

The whole trick of cooking pasta is that you need to take much less water for cooking than usual. – approximately as for porridge (1 to 3).

Throw pasta into salted water and cook them until ready.

At the end, without draining the water, add cheese. We bring everything to a boil and turn it off.

We throw in cream or butter, add sugar or salt (depending on your preferences).

After 3-5 minutes, a new dish called “Lazy Dumplings » ready! You take out the sour cream, close your eyes – and it seems to you that you are eating ordinary dumplings, which, however, have boiled a little.
