- butter – 100 g;
- sugar – 150 g;

- ammonium – 1 g.
How to cook
Crush the butter with sugar and aromatic ingredients, i.e. zest of one lemon and vanilla (natural from a stick or vanilla sugar). You can add a little lemon juice. Add one whole egg to the mass, continuing to mix until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved.
Dissolve the ammonium in the milk and pour it into the main mass. All that remains is to add the sifted flour. Pour the finished dough into a mold greased with butter and lightly sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer. If it is dry, it means it is fully baked. Serve with tea, cut into slices and sprinkled with powdered sugar. For an even greater lemon effect and taste, you can make a lemon glaze. Delicious!
