Ketodiete appeared in the early 20th century and was intended to treat patients with epilepsy. But in the late 1990s, it became popular among many supporters of such a diet. It provides complete rejection of sugar and flour, processed meat products, vegetables containing starch, fruits, dried fruits, alcohol. The basis of ketodietes 90%of fats, carbohydrates – 3%, proteins – 7%. You can eat mushrooms, fish, pizza, seafood, vegetables with fiber, vegetable oil and butter, nuts. This amount of fat is too harmful to health. As a result, problems with the intestines, clogging of vessels, the risk of kidney stones. It is quite popular, as it promises to get rid of extra pounds due to the abandonment of dairy, grain products, legumes, alcohol, sugar, any semi-finished products per month. But it promises problems with digestion. The body requires a full balanced nutrition for good health. Radical changes usually lead to bowel disease. Food should be the most natural and understandable person. That is, low carbohydrate products and many fats – vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, nuts, vegetable oils. And here is dairy, cereals, sugar, alcohol – prohibited. But this is fundamentally wrong for health, as the body needs a balanced diet.
