Life expectancy depends on consciousness

Scientists from Great Britain, Germany and the USA came to a surprising conclusion about the connection between personality type and human immunity. It turned out that conscious people live longer.
If you are distinguished by a high degree of consciousness, self-control and discipline, then this will help you live longer. And not at all because you do not forget to take pills on time or carefully follow other recommendations of doctors.
It turns out that a person's personality type directly affects the work of two main markers of his immune system – interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein . Age-related morbidity depends on the action of these markers.
Researchers have for the first time linked a person's personality and the work of the immune system, which determines life expectancy. It has been proven that personality is critically important throughout life and directly affects longevity. More responsible and organized people reduce the risk of premature death by 40%.
957 adult US residents participated in the experiment and were followed over a 14-year period. Of course, the authors of the study also took into account other factors that can affect life expectancy. But taking into account all other circumstances, it was proven that people with a high degree of consciousness and organization, as well as discipline, lived longer and were healthier.
