Light cream of broccoli soup for immunity

Cream soup with broccoli is a healthy dish that helps diversify your menu and is really easy on the body and to prepare. Broccoli is a source of vitamins and fiber that strengthens the immune system, so it's worth strengthening your health before December.
Ingredients:
- broccoli – 400 g;
- potatoes – 2 pcs.;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- cream (10%) – 100 ml;
- butter – 1 tbsp. l.;
- salt, pepper to taste.
Divide the broccoli into florets, and cut the potatoes and onions into cubes. Fry the onions in butter until transparent. Add the potatoes, broccoli and pour water so that the vegetables are barely covered. Cook over low heat until the vegetables are soft.
Blend everything in a blender until creamy, adding cream, salt and pepper. Before serving, you can garnish with croutons or grated cheese. The soup is tender, light and rich in flavor.
