Ingredients
The following products are required for preparation:
- oatmeal – 350 g;
- coconut oil — 4 tbsp.;
- ripe bananas — 3 pcs.;
- dark chocolate — 250 g;
- nuts.
How to cook
Ripe bananas need to be mashed with a fork. Pour bananas into them, add coconut oil and mix until smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the oat dough into a single layer. To make it easier to do this, cover the dough with a second sheet of parchment, and then roll it out.
Cut the oat layer into bars. Send to the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. See, it may be cooked earlier. It all depends on how thick the bars were made.
Grease the finished products with melted dark chocolate and put a few nuts. Almonds, cashews or hazelnuts. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that the chocolate hardens. Delicious!
