Just put everything in raw form and as a result it turns out a juicy fish with excellent taste and aroma. Serve such mackerel with rice or mashed potatoes or as a stand-alone dish with any vegetables.

  • 3 pcs. tomatoes (medium)
  • 1.5 pcs. Onion (middle)
  • 1 pc. Carrots
  • 1/2 pc. Sweet pepper)
  • 9 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • to taste ground pepper
  • to taste salt
  • Method of preparation:

    1. Cut the onions in half rings, clean the garlic cloves and place on the bottom of the form, pre -greased oil. Sprinkle with a small amount of salt and ground pepper.

    2. Cut the carrots with circles, evenly distribute the second layer and again add salt and pepper. Carrots can be cut into strips or grind on a grater.

    3. Cut the tomatoes with circles and put in a third layer.

    4. Grind the bell pepper with straws, distribute on tomatoes, salt a little and pepper. Vegetables can be used to taste and season.

    5. To make it convenient to clean the fish, it is not completely thawed, the fish should remain dense. We remove the swimmers, heads, remove the viscera and wipe inside a paper towel. Cut into pieces and spread on vegetables.

    6. Sprinkle pieces of mackerel with salt and ground pepper. Pour 100 ml of water.

    7. Cover the shape with foil and put the fish in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake 20 minutes.

    8. Then the foil is removed and cooked for another 10 minutes. Vegetables will become soft, the fish will be browned. This dish is delicious on the pan. Put all the layers in a high frying pan, cover and cook for about 30 minutes (do not add water to the pan).

    9. Sprinkle the fish on a vegetable pillow sliced ​​parsley and serve immediately. Due to the juice released from vegetables, mackerel turns out to be juicy. The dish is very fragrant and delicious.
