- green beans – 700 g;
- garlic – 1 head;
- parsley – 1 p.;
- vinegar 9% – 50 ml;
- oil – 50 ml;
- salt.

How to cook
Wash the beans, cut off the ends. Boil. Once the water boils, boil for 4 minutes, then plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process. Then remove and salt.
Make the dressing. Squeeze the whole garlic through a press. Add to the chopped parsley, oil and vinegar.
Lay out the beans and dressing in layers in the container. Close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for 20 hours. Delicious!
