Marinated mushrooms that take only 5 minutes to prepare: for salads and as a standalone snack

Today we will tell you how to pickle mushrooms in just 5 minutes. Seriously! The recipe is elementary simple. And the finished mushrooms are so tender and tasty that it is simply impossible to tear yourself away from them.

For pickling, take the tiny mushrooms “champignons mini”. But if you have mushrooms of the usual size, you can simply cut them as you like.

Now we will prepare the marinade

For it we will take:

  • Vegetable oil 50 ml
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp. l
  • Pepper with peas 10 pcs
  • Allspice with peas 2 pcs.
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf 2 pcs< /li>
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Water 50 ml
  • Salt 1 tsp. l.
  • Just mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan and mix well. Crush each clove of garlic for the marinade and cut it arbitrarily. So it will give its taste perfectly during the cooking process. Add 300 g of washed mushrooms to the pan and mix again.

    Put the pan on medium heat and bring to a boil. Don't worry, we added very little water. During the cooking process, the mushrooms release a lot of juice, so the marinade will be enough.

    From the moment of boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for exactly 5 minutes. After that, remove the pan from the stove and cool the mushrooms completely.

    The mushrooms are small, appetizing and so fragrant! I was drooling)

    These mushrooms are perfect for salads, pizza, side dishes and, of course, as an independent snack.
