- We prepare the filling. First, you need to cut the apples into small cubes.
- Now pour the sugar into a dry pan and bring it to a caramel state, stirring constantly with a spatula.
- Add butter (30 g) to the resulting caramel and melt it. Mix everything with a spatula.
- Add chopped apples to the resulting mass. Mix everything well. After that, you can add cinnamon to taste. Apples with caramel should be cooked for five minutes. Stirring constantly.
- Now we prepare the dough. Break a chicken egg into a deep plate. Add 80 g of sugar to it and beat with a whisk. Add a little melted butter to the egg and sugar. Mix again. Add baking powder. We mix. Finally, add flour, kneading the dough with your hands.
