Method for preparing minced meat without using a meat grinder

Preparing minced meat is a complicated process. The fact is that grinding meat is really a difficult and tiring task: you have to work with a meat grinder for a very long time. However, turning a piece of meat into a tender semi-finished product can be done much faster. To do this, you need to use another device, not a meat grinder.

What is the trick?

Remove the meat grinder from the table and put a grater in its place. This kitchen tool also does an excellent job of grinding meat products.

However, there is an important caveat: the meat should not be soft. The ideal option is to grate a frozen product.

And it is desirable that the meat has barely had time to thaw. Thus, you should start grinding the product with a grater immediately after removing it from the freezer.

In this case, there will be no problems: the meat will be grated as easily as vegetables.

The result will be a meat mass, which after defrosting will turn into full-fledged minced meat. At the same time, the meat grinder will remain intact: it will not have to be disassembled and washed.
