Mint-Apelsin Lemonade to quench your thirst

  • Sugar – 1 cup (200 g);

  • orange juice-1 cup (250 ml);

  • stirring, bring the syrup to a boil. Once the sugar dissolves and boil the mixture, turn off the heat and add a few branches of mint.
  • completely cool the syrup, then strain. And a few orange circles. Mint leaves pre -rolled and wipe slightly in your palms or rub in a mortar – so they will start giving the aroma.
  • pour the prepared lemon syrup.
  • dilute the drink to taste with water (ordinary or sparkling) and serve to the table.
