Mobilization in Ukraine: what is the difference between a demand of the TCC and a subpoena

The “demand” precedes the application of the TCC to the court with a claim to restrict the “petitioner's” right to drive a car.

A subpoena-demand is served in the case of:

< ul>

  • When a citizen did not appear at the TCC, did not pass the VLC or did not clarify his data within 60 days;
  • The TCC turns to the police with a demand to deliver such a citizen to the TCC;
  • < li>In case of impossibility of delivery, within 5 days the head of the TCC sends the same “demand” to this citizen in paper form by mail. restriction of the “petitioner's” right to drive a car.

    We would like to remind you that on Thursday, April 11, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a draft law on mobilization in general, which provides for changes in the mobilization process, in particular, regarding postponements in the ranks of the Armed Forces.
