Morning coffee was called the most useful after the trick

Traditional morning coffee is often mixed with various additives. Including spices and seasonings. However, experts suggest going further – to “decorate” the drink with a drop of a popular sauce.
For example, chili pepper-based sauce contains capsaicin. Capsaicin is the substance that gives chili peppers their heat. This makes it a fairly common ingredient in some pain reliever creams, as some researchers have found that capsaicin “turns off” pain receptors. (Some scientists also claim that capsaicin stimulates hair growth when applied topically to the scalp.)
Capsaicin also contains antioxidants, research shows. What's more, explained Dr. Lauren Manaker, MD, antioxidants “can combat the effects of oxidative stress and, therefore, the risk of developing diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's disease, cirrhosis of the liver, and even cataracts.” In addition, Italian scientists discovered that red hot chili peppers have particularly powerful antioxidant properties.
“Just add a drop or two of your favorite hot sauce to your morning coffee,” experts recommend. “It will definitely charge up your day.”
