Mushroom cutlets during fasting: the idea of a fasting meal

You can use various mushrooms for cutlets, but the most budget-friendly and affordable are champignons. Therefore, prepare cutlets from mushrooms.
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 0.5 kg
- Onions – 1- 2 pcs.
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs – 250 g
- Salt, pepper, a mixture of Italian herbs – to your taste

Mushrooms should be boiled in salted water and ground through a meat grinder together with fried onions. Then add the eggs and all loose ingredients (breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, Italian herbs).
Next, form patties and fry them in a heated pan until golden brown. Put the finished cutlets on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat, and you can taste!
