Ingredients:

  • 15-17 champignons
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 200 g of cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Preparation:

Boil the chicken fillet, cut the onion and grate the carrot. Fry onions and carrots. Chop the mushroom legs into small pieces and fry them with carrots and onions.

Meanwhile, finely chop the boiled fillet, grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix the roast with the cheese and the fillet. Mix everything together well.

Reserve some cheese to sprinkle the caps on top. Fill the mushroom caps with the filling, sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. The dish is ready. Delicious!
