These diets contain almost no nuts or legumes, and are low in fruits and vegetables, but each day their fans drink a pint of sugar-sweetened beverages and are very fond of dairy products.
A typical 20-year-old American who would follow the optimal from the point of view of diet researchers, could live 13 years longer, compared to someone who did not receive this nutrition – these are the results of the calculation.
