Named drink, one cup of which reduces the risk of liver cancer by 20%

People who drink coffee in any amount have a 40% lower risk of developing liver cancer compared to those who don't drink it at all, the study found.

Different research groups have looked at this issue in the past and have come to conflicting conclusions about how much of this beverage will bring the most benefit.

The results of numerous studies have shown that the more coffee you drink, the stronger the effect (about two to three cups a day).

The scientists also noted the possibility of a reverse addiction. And people with liver diseases, such as cancer, may need to reduce the amount of coffee they consume.

On average, a resident of Finland drinks four cups of coffee per day, and employers in this country are required to provide two ten-minute breaks per coffee.

As a result, a person consumes a total of 12 kilograms of coffee per year.

In the UK, the average person consumes a pitiful 2.8 kilograms of coffee per year.
