Foods containing omega-3 fats are ideal for strengthening protection against bad mood and brain diseases. Their inclusion in the diet helps, in particular, to cope with depression and anxiety.

Experts state that depression is one of the most common mental health disorders in the world. It is accompanied by such symptoms as sadness, drowsiness, general loss of interest in life. Another widespread problem is anxiety disorder, characterized by constant worry and nervousness.

“Studies show that people who regularly consume omega-3s are less prone to depression. If you already have depression or anxiety, taking omega-3 supplements can help improve your symptoms,” the portal's experts said.
