Another study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology involving 6,550 adults found that those who skipped breakfast had a lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease by 87% higher than those who eat breakfast.
Consumption of bacon
According to a study published in the International Journal of Epidemiology, eating just one slice of bacon in day (25g) increases the risk of colorectal cancer by 20%.
Coffee before meals
Researchers from the University of Bath found that drinking black coffee before breakfast can have a negative effect on blood sugar levels. Therefore, it is recommended to drink coffee after meals.
